Refund policy

At Vaalbará Jewelry, each piece is handcrafted and inspected by hand before shipping, so that it reaches you in perfect condition.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase. You may open the box to view your piece, but, for reasons of hygiene and health protection (our jewelry is in direct contact with the skin), we do not accept returns of products that have been used or tried on.

For a withdrawal return to be accepted, the piece must be returned:

  • With no signs of use and without having been worn.
  • In perfect condition, with its original box and packaging.
    Pieces that show signs of use (scratches, cosmetic residue, sweat, etc.) will not be accepted.

The shipping costs of the withdrawal return are borne by the customer.

REFUNDS
Once the returned piece has been received and checked, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days, always through the same payment method used for the purchase.

LEGAL GUARANTEE (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS)
All our products come with the 3-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects established by Spanish consumer law. If you receive a defective piece, contact us and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

VAALBARÁ GUARANTEE (2 MONTHS · PVD COATING)
We fully trust the quality of our 18k gold PVD coating. That is why, in addition to the legal guarantee, we offer a 2-month courtesy guarantee that covers premature wear of the coating under normal use conditions (for example, if the coating lifts or deteriorates before its time).

If this happens within those 2 months:

  • Write to us attaching a photo of the piece.
  • If applicable, we will send you a new piece at no cost, covering the shipping ourselves.
  • If that piece is no longer available, you may choose another one from the same collection or request a refund.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR CLAIM
Write to us at info@vaalbarajewelry.com stating your order number and the reason. You can also contact us through our social media, although email is our official and fastest channel for handling your request.
