We ship to Spain, Andorra, Portugal and the rest of the European Union, as well as to the rest of the world.
SHIPPING COSTS
Costs vary depending on the destination:
- Mainland Spain: €3.95 — free on orders from €70
- Balearic Islands: €5.95 — free on orders from €100
- Canary Islands: €8.95
- Ceuta and Melilla: €8.95
- Andorra: €8.95
- Portugal: €5.95 — free on orders from €100
- Rest of the European Union: €9.95
- Rest of the world: calculated automatically based on the delivery address

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is available on orders that reach the amount indicated for each zone (mainland Spain from €70, Balearic Islands and Portugal from €100). The remaining zones do not have free shipping at this time.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
Orders shipped to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the rest of the European Union are free of customs duties. Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, as well as any shipment outside the European Union, may be subject to local import taxes or duties (for example, IGIC in the Canary Islands or IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla). These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping costs and are borne by the customer, who will pay them upon delivery or as indicated by the customs authorities of their country.
ORDER PROCESSING
Each piece is checked by hand before shipping. Orders are prepared and dispatched within approximately 2–3 business days from payment confirmation. To this you must add the transit time, which varies depending on the destination and will be shown to you at checkout (as a guide, 3 to 5 business days for mainland Spain and 5 to 8 days for other zones).
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information at the email address associated with your purchase (if the carrier allows it).
