Kingdom of Flowers · Chapter III

Flowers of Light

Your essence in bloom
✦ ✦ ✦

Before the flowers of Vaalbará learned their names, there was a valley where only invisible seeds slept. No one could see them. No one could touch them. Not even the wind knew for sure where they rested.

That valley needed no rain, no sun, no seasons. The seeds it held did not awaken with the arrival of spring, but with something far rarer: the truth of a soul that stopped hiding.

For centuries, the valley remained silent. Until a young woman arrived one moonless night. She wore no crown. She carried no map. She held no certainty. She only carried a question lodged in her chest: "Who am I when I stop trying to be what others expect of me?"

The earth listened. And beneath her feet, something began to awaken. First, a small root. Then a stem. Then two flowers that opened in opposite directions, as if wanting to embrace all versions of the same soul.

One flower shone with a sweet, almost timid light. The other had a firmer, more determined glow. But both were born from the same center.

The young woman then understood that she didn't have to choose between being gentle or strong. Between being delicate or brave. Between protecting herself or showing herself. She could be everything. She could grow in different directions while still belonging to herself.

And as soon as she accepted that truth, the flowers curved around her finger. Not as a chain. Not as an obligation. But as a small crown for a hand that finally stopped asking permission to exist.

Thus, Flowers of Light was born. A jewel created for those who are learning to recognize themselves. For those who have hidden parts of themselves to be accepted. For those who need to remember that their essence is not too much, nor insufficient, nor wrong.

They say that whoever wears Flowers of Light does not adorn themselves. They remember. Remember that their voice matters. That their intuition knows. That their tenderness also has power. That they don't need to dim themselves to fit into any garden.

Because each flower faces a different direction, but both are born from the same stem. And so too the soul: it can change, open, contradict itself, and grow in many forms... without ceasing to be one.
